Delta74 actually started out as a military gear cleaning facility in 2019 in Fort Stewart, Georgia. Things were going great until the majority of the service members were transitioned to Europe during the Ukraine crisis. We were left with a few tractors and trailers and didn’t know what to do with them as we no longer had the military gear to transport. One of our customers saw that we were preparing our business to close and suggested we get into logistics, thus Delta74 Logistics was born, from its original name of Delta74 Tactical Support Systems. We had no idea where to start at first but quickly became aligned with our now focal point, FedEx Ground Contracting.
